First Quartile was established in 2000 by a former fund manager turned head of marketing for an asset manager. His objective was to create an agency which would address the key issues he had previously encountered with agency relationships: namely, a lack of in-depth investment knowledge, poor project management and a lack of cost transparency.
The focus for First Quartile was to provide clients with high quality marketing and communication services delivered by true experts in the investment sector. This focus remains today.
In 2011, we became part of the FWD Group, a City based communications business sharing our philosophy of industry insight. FWD provides financial PR and research for insurance organisations and asset managers, and complements the services available to our clients.
